Controller

The controller is the AKASYON website operator identified in the Legal Notice. Privacy and data-rights requests may be sent to hello@akasyon.com. Full provider details are maintained on the Legal Notice.

Booking enquiries

When you send an enquiry, the site processes the information you enter: name, company or promoter, email, optional phone number, event and venue information, city, country, proposed date, optional capacity and budget range, your message, consent acknowledgement, enquiry reference, workflow status and timestamps.

Purposes and legal bases

Enquiry information is used to assess and answer the booking request, take steps at your request before a possible contract, manage any resulting engagement, prevent abuse and maintain an auditable record. The principal bases are steps requested before a contract and performance of a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)); compliance with applicable legal duties (Article 6(1)(c)); and legitimate interests in site security, fraud prevention and orderly business records (Article 6(1)(f)). Optional third-party players are activated only at your request.

Recipients and processors

Access is limited to the AKASYON booking team and providers necessary to operate the service. The website and database use hosted edge infrastructure; Cloudflare provides DNS, security, Turnstile verification, email routing and privacy-focused performance analytics. A configured transactional-mail provider may deliver a booking notification to the verified AKASYON inbox. Providers act under their own terms and data-protection commitments. Enquiry details are not sold and are not used for advertising.

Cloudflare Turnstile and analytics

Turnstile processes technical signals needed to distinguish legitimate visitors from automated abuse. Cloudflare Web Analytics measures aggregate page and performance information without analytics cookies and, according to Cloudflare, does not collect visitors’ personal data or track individuals across customer sites. Cloudflare’s bot protection may set a strictly necessary security cookie such as __cf_bm; AKASYON does not use it for advertising. Essential infrastructure may also process network information such as IP addresses in ordinary security logs.

Spotify, SoundCloud and Instagram

Spotify and SoundCloud players do not load until you choose to activate them. Once activated, the selected provider receives the usual browser request data and may set or read its own storage under its privacy terms. Plain links to Instagram and other platforms do not load a social feed on this site; the destination processes data only after you follow the link.

Retention

Unsuccessful or inactive enquiries are normally retained for no more than 24 months after the last meaningful contact. Information connected with a confirmed engagement may be kept longer where needed for the contract, accounting, tax, disputes or other legal duties. Security logs follow the relevant infrastructure provider’s shorter operational retention. Records can be deleted from the protected Control Room when they are no longer required.

International transfers

Some infrastructure and platform providers may process information outside the European Economic Area. Where this occurs, the operator relies on an applicable adequacy decision, the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or another lawful safeguard made available by the provider. Activating an external music player may also involve transfers governed by that platform’s privacy notice.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability where applicable, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may also withdraw any consent without affecting earlier lawful processing. Email hello@akasyon.com; identity may be verified where reasonably necessary. You may complain to your competent supervisory authority, including the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).

Required information and updates

Fields marked with an asterisk are needed to assess an enquiry. If they are not supplied, the request cannot be handled through the form; you may instead use the direct booking email. Material changes to this notice will be published here with a revised date.
