Booking enquiries

When you send a booking enquiry, AKASYON stores the details you provide so the team can assess the request and reply. This can include your name, company, contact details, event information, proposed date, capacity, budget range and message.

Purpose and recipients

The information is used only to manage the enquiry. It is available to the AKASYON team and service providers that operate the website, database and transactional email. It is not sold or used for advertising.

Retention

Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months after the last meaningful contact, unless a longer period is needed for an active booking or legal obligation. You may request access, correction or deletion by emailing hello@akasyon.com.

External players

Spotify and SoundCloud players load only after you choose to activate them. Their own privacy terms then apply. This site does not add advertising pixels or autoplay audio.
