Site purpose

This website presents AKASYON’s official artist information, music links, announced appearances, press materials and booking enquiry service. A booking enquiry is not an accepted engagement: every appearance remains subject to a separate written agreement.

Intellectual property

The AKASYON name, music, photographs, artwork, vector identity and website content are protected by their respective intellectual-property and image rights. Personal viewing, platform listening and downloading expressly identified press assets are permitted. No other licence, republication or commercial use is granted without written permission.

External services and accuracy

Spotify, SoundCloud, Instagram, ticketing and festival websites are independent services with their own terms. AKASYON takes reasonable care over published information but cannot guarantee the availability or content of third-party services. Event schedules may change; confirm final timings with the official organiser or booking contact.

Privacy and formal notices

How personal information is handled is set out in the Privacy Notice. Legal and rights notices may be sent to hello@akasyon.com. This notice is intended to remain permanently and directly accessible from every public page.
